Description Field RN - Medicare Home Health Visits Full-Time

AccordCare Home Health , a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Full-Time Field RNs to provide high-quality care to our patients. If you have a passion for patient care, strong clinical skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team!

Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care

Administer medications, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and other nursing tasks as required

Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management

Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record

Current RN License - State of Florida

Experience in Medicare Home Health

Wound care and infusion skills

Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service

Proficiency with electronic health records for documentation and communication

1+ year of Home Health experience preferred

Excellent training and ongoing support
