We are a fun, family-friendly concept known for our great homemade food, large portions and genuine, friendly service.The overall responsibility of a Dish Machine Operator is you’ll own the dishwashing process to make sure that all utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized and stocked for all other crew members, which results in dinner running smoothly and our guests returning.Qualities of a Great Prep Cook:PatienceGood Sense of HumorEnthusiasticAbility to remain calm under pressureAbility to multi-taskKnowledge / Technical Expertise:Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfacesPerforms other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-dutyOther Duties as assignedAppearance / Uniform:WORK Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business.Frequent exposure to cold/ below freezing and high heat temperatures (walk-in refrigerator, freezers, and ovens)Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Bending, squatting, stooping for cleaning activities throughout the shift.Climbing on step stools for cleaning projects as needed.______________________________________________________________________________________
