As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Perris, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers in accordance with site requirements.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
