Litigation Law Paralegal
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
This position involves end-to-end litigation support on complex intellectual property disputes, trade enforcement actions, and regulatory matters. Coordinate filings, discovery, and procedural workflows for IP and regulatory litigation
Submit electronic filings via systems such as PACER, ECF, EDIS, and similar platforms
Support attorneys in preparing testimony, visual materials, and legal submissions
Conduct legal and industry research using professional databases (e.g., Maintain data accuracy, proofread legal documents, and ensure adherence to citation standards (e.g., Travel occasionally to assist with depositions, mediations, or trial logistics
At 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, with emphasis in two or more of the following areas: intellectual property, Section 337 disputes, pharmaceutical patent challenges, or trade remedy cases
Knowledge of international trade controls, import/export law, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Comfortable managing complex dockets and multiple ongoing litigation timelines
