Maintenance Person Part-time / Full-time

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work at The Landing located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. This part time 20 hour per week Day schedule is made up of eight-hour and four-hour shifts.

Eight-hour shifts: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Four-hour shifts: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

This shift consists of TWO full eight hour days and one four half day (flexible on shift days Monday through Friday; Ensures building and equipment are in working order by performing preventative maintenance and repairing damage.

Diagnoses mechanical problems.

Assembles structures such as furniture or pipe systems.

Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts.

Cleans and lubricates equipment.

Paints and patches walls, equipment, and structures.

Assembles, installs, and repairs electrical wiring.

High School Diploma/GED is required.

One (1) year of facilities maintenance or related experience is required.
