As an Executive Assistant at ARETUM, you will provide high-level support to our executives and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests

Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

Provide administrative support to monitor, track responses, and draft content for taskers both through CATT and internally in the organization

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

S. citizens or currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
