Pay $187~$202 per hour

Requirements Endodontics Residency

Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Specialization: Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in Endodontics.

Skillset: Comfortable with complex/difficult cases and proactive in sharing clinical opinions.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to network within the community.

Experience: While proven experience is preferred, we are eager to welcome and mentor motivated new graduates!

Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform a high volume of endodontic procedures, including complex root canals, retreatments, and apical surgeries with precision and care.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with our internal general dentists and specialists to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans for shared patients.

Diagnostic Precision: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate dental pain and pathology, providing clear clinical opinions and knowledge-sharing with the broader team.

Community Building: Actively network and engage with the local dental community to build your personal reputation and grow the specialty group’s presence in the region.

Patient Education: Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with their care plan.
