Rosie's Bar and Grill, a popular casual full-service restaurant in Wilton Manors, is seeking experienced Barbacks to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service.
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
Work collaboratively with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Previous high-volume restaurant experience
Passion for guest-first service and attention to detail
