Job Title: Server - Assisted Living Facility
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Server to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a pleasant dining experience for our residents by serving meals with care and attention to detail. In this role, you will ensure that the dining area is welcoming, and standards of hospitality are consistently met or exceeded.
Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure that all food is presented according to the facility's standards.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, understanding their specific dietary needs and preferences.
Assist residents with menu selections, offering choices and taking special dietary requirements into account.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and facility protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus.
Compassionate and patient with a focus on providing exceptional service to senior residents.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
