28.00/hour with a 2-year machining degree or 2+ years of CNC machining experience

• 24.00/hour starting with less than 2 years of experience and no machining degree
• 7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce precision components according to specifications.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

Maintain tight tolerances while meeting production and quality standards.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in proper working condition.

Accurately document production data, inspections, and completed work orders.

Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2-year machining degree or 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred for the higher pay rate.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
