Master Service Plumber Location: Presque Isle, ME

Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water treatment systems, and gas-fired appliances
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with the best solutions
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
Educate customers on repair and replacement options to help them make informed decisions
Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable plumbing and gas codes
Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
Work collaboratively with your team while maintaining a safe job site
Valid Maine Gas License
Extensive residential service plumbing experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of state and local plumbing and gas codes
Deliver a five-star customer experience
Accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues on the first visit whenever possible
Provide honest recommendations that build customer trust
Maintain high productivity while delivering quality workmanship
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
