Manufacturing quality engineering

Quality EngineerA leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements, support customer requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO standards across plant operations. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to solve problems, improve processes, and elevate product quality.What You'll Do:Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams on quality requirements and issuesInvestigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsAnalyze and present data (SPC) to drive continuous improvement initiativesPartner with engineering on new product launches and validation processesMonitor production through audits to ensure adherence to quality standardsTravel to customer/supplier sites as needed to resolve quality concernsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systemsExperience with SPC, TQM, DOE, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)Proven problem-solving skills in a production settingSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
