Working remotely from home, the Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage claims, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
Negotiate fair injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools
Required qualifications
Experience in claims handling or a related field
Ability to manage multiple claims and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong adaptability to fast-paced and evolving environments
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms
Excellent customer service skills, particularly in claims scenarios
