Position Overview for Caregivers:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Caregivers to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their personal and medical needs are met. Key Responsibilities as a Caregiver

Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
Follow residents' service plans to deliver personalized care tailored to their needs.
Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.
Desired Characteristics as a Caregiver
Passionate About Care: A genuine desire to improve residents' lives through compassionate service.
Excellent attention to detail, especially in following care plans and documentation.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent licensure (CNA or CHHA) required in the state of NJ.
Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
