Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (Mid Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (Mid Shift) in Beloit, Wisconsin.LocationBeloit, WIAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftMid Shift Schedule, 0900-2130 and 1030-2300.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room (ER) will utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, and state laws, as well as documenting care according to standards. The RN will perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care, developing and executing individualized patient care plans according to physician orders or clinic policy, while providing instruction to patients and families.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.Administer medications and treatments according to nursing guidelines and regulations.Document patient care and assessments accurately and promptly.Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.Participate in performance improvement activities and engage in shared governance.Utilize critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.Provide clinical expertise to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.Required ExperienceActive Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Wisconsin.Experience in an emergency department setting.Certifications/LicensureCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.NIHSS certification.TNCC or TNS certification.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
