Store Merchandiser (Full or Part Time)

As a flower merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am.

As our flower merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons: during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department resets: participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: while you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Walk and stand for most of the shift.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
