REMOTE Network Support Tech

DescriptionIT Support & Troubleshooting:

• User Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to staff and residents across all locations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of computer hardware, printers, and other office equipment across all locations.
• Software Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches on devices across all locations.
• Help Desk Management: Manage and escalate IT support tickets from multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

General IT Responsibilities:

• Technology Integration: Work with leadership to integrate new technologies, including hardware and software solutions, that improve operational efficiency across the entire senior living network.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure, IT systems, inventory of hardware, and software licenses for all locations.
• Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including HIPAA, data privacy laws, and senior living industry standards across multiple sites.
