As a ZumaLine Cook, you are responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to uphold Zuma's standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes according to Zuma's recipes and standards

Execute all food orders with accuracy and consistency, ensuring timely delivery to guests

Maintain a thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and food presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas

A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine

A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team

Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably with Japanese cuisine experience

Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors highly preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
