Manufacturing Engineering Continuous Improvement
GreenKiss Staffing Solutions, Inc.
Hands on type person who can work on equipment as well as train individuals in processes and equipment fixes
Manage projects and follow through with details
Design small brackets and fixtures
Work on continuous improvement projects
Work with quality on Corrective action solutions
Work on cost reduction projects
Responsible for equipment uptime
Report any potential food safety, quality of food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel
Follow all documented G ood M anufacturing P ractices
Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
Other duties as needed
Must Follow All Company Policies and Procedures
SKILLS REQUIRED:
0 to 5 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role
Experience with FlexiblePackaging, sealing machines and or injection molding preferred is plus
CAD experience preferred
Engineering degree, in Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging or Plastics Engineering
Programming of PLC’s a plus
Willingness to learn as well as teach
Converting or film knowledge a plus
Ability to learn quickly
