Job Description Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time

Location: Seattle Area, Washington A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.

The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program !

Position Overview • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams

This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, work-life balance, and practicing in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Washington State medical license (or eligible)
• Active/Eligible DEA registration
• Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
