Dialysis Registered Nurse- Fulltime

Schedule Flexible (3, 4, or 5‑day work week)

Full Time (30–40 hours weekly)

Day shift only

Key Responsibilities Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed)

Works collaboratively with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives and dedicated Nephrologists

Collects and records relevant patient health data in the course of/pre‑post hemodialysis treatment

Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes

Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections

Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care (i.e., filing, inventory management, admission documentation, creating patient charts, etc.)

Occasional travel to other nearby locations

Requirements BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred

Valid RN license
