The organization offers a fast-paced environment with exposure to a variety of hiring needs and opportunities to work closely with leaders across the business.Job Description: The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process for multiple positions while partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent. This role requires someone who can build strong candidate pipelines, effectively assess applicants, keep hiring processes moving, and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Conduct phone and structured interviews to assess candidates against position requirements and organizational needsPartner with hiring managers to discuss candidate feedback, refine search strategies, and support selection decisionsDevelop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate engagementManage recruiting activities from initial requisition through offer and onboardingMaintain accurate requisition and candidate information within the applicant tracking systemCoordinate screening, interviews, references, offers, and other pre-employment activitiesProvide regular communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the processManage multiple open positions while maintaining recruiting timelines and prioritiesQualifications:3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced professional or matrixed environmentAt least 1 year of experience managing high-volume recruitingUnderstanding of general HR practices, policies, and employment processesExperience using applicant tracking systems and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong communication and relationship-building skills across varying levels of an organizationHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, deadlines, and competing prioritiesBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredAdditional Details: This is a fully onsite contract opportunity in Washington, DC expected to last approximately 4–6 months.
