Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2).
Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live load–unload.
Average weekly pay: around $1,300–$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers. New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance-based pay schedules. Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentives. Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
Paid holidays and paid vacation after your first year, with weeks added as your tenure grows.
Optional legal coverage and reimbursement for certain credentialing costs like TWIC fees.

Valid Class A CDL At least 24 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (flatbed training available for the right driver).
Willingness to handle tarping (more frequent in winter than in summer).
