Travel RN Med Surg - Night Shift
Location: Decatur, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN Med Surg to join our team on the 4th and 5th floors of a busy medical facility. The role requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage patient care on the Med Surg units.
Utilize telemetry equipment and perform necessary medical procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform assessments and provide treatments as per established protocols.
Educate patients and families regarding health care plans and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with Telemetry and Med Surg experience.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
Preferred experience in cardiac recognition and IV starts.
