CAD Engineering

Prepare/assist in developing design drawings, change notices, bill of materials, and other documents required for facility/plant modification, equipment, and other projects.

Prepare or revise selected drawings (electrical, mechanical, civil, or instrument) and documentation for installation, modification, and operation of systems.

Gather, organize, and develop engineering data; perform field investigations; Provide field prints, check prints, and working copies of documents to expedite final engineering drawings.

Maintain and update design configuration documents using CADD and manual drafting techniques.

Utilize applicable systems and applications.

High school diploma or GED.

College or technical school coursework in AutoCAD (AutoCAD AUD preferred).

PC skills in a Windows environment.

Associate’s degree or technical certification in AutoCAD (AutoCAD AUD preferred).

At least two years of electrical utility design experience.

One year of design experience in the area of specialization (per business unit).

Contract position, fully onsite at Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. 8‑hour days, Monday‑Friday (6:00 am‑2:30 pm or 7:00 am‑3:30 pm) with optional overtime of up to 10 hours per week.
