HR Records AdminA detail-oriented professional is sought for a short-term records compliance project supporting the Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and validating employee documentation to ensure personnel files are complete, accurate, and properly maintained. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential employee information. This is a purely administrative and filing project.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct audits of employee personnel files for completeness and compliance.Review and validate documentation, identifying discrepancies.Organize and update employee records in accordance with company policies and record retention requirements.Coordinate document disposition and records management activities with Iron Mountain Records Management.Track audit findings.Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.Follow established procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.Required QualificationsExperience reviewing, organizing, auditing, or managing documents and records is required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.Preferred QualificationsPrior Human Resources experience is not required but may be beneficial.This role is suitable for professionals with administrative skills. College students will be considered.
