Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a temporary contract basis for approximately 2-3 months. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting setup.
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies as needed.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with special projects and provide support to various departments as needed.
Maintain internal contact lists and ensure accurate office records.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a professional office environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
