This is an in office position with future remote work possible based upon performance and future agency growth.
Responsibilities
Engage with personal and businesss clients to assess their specific insurance needs.
Draft and present customized policy quotes.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date.
Reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and adjust plans.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Collaborate with our team to resolve billing questions or policy concerns with empathy and clarity.

Requirements
Active Washington State Property Casualty, Life Health insurance license.
Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency
Familiarity with AgencyZoom a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
