Our organization is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager.
The Manager of Infrastructure & Network Engineering is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and operation of the organization’s global IT infrastructure and network ecosystem. This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
This leader oversees data centers, cloud platforms, networks, end-user compute, and core infrastructure services while aligning with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and business priorities. Success as an Infrastructure Manager is being able to achieve the following expectations:
Infrastructure & Network Strategy
Define and execute a multi-year infrastructure and network roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy
Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption (Azure), hybrid infrastructure, and network transformation (SD-WAN, SASE)
Establish standards for scalability, redundancy, and performance across 16+ locations
Operations & Service Delivery
Own uptime, performance, and reliability of:
Data centers / server environments
WAN/LAN, wireless, and edge networks
Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical outages
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture
Support audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, ITGC) and regulatory requirements
Ensure resilience through immutable backups, DR testing, and RTO/RPO alignment
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Lead enterprise cloud strategy (primarily Microsoft Azure) including:
Compute, storage, networking, and identity integration
Oversee integration with enterprise platforms such as:
Oracle Cloud Fusion)
Data platforms (Power BI, Fabric, Data Warehouse)
~ Drive automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices
Lead and develop a team of infrastructure and network engineers
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Define organizational structure, roles, and career paths
Financial & Vendor Management
Cloud governance
Lead contract negotiations and vendor performance reviews
Project & Program Leadership
ERP implementations
Facility expansions and new site deployments
Ensure delivery through structured governance (ITIL, CAB, change management)
Partner with PMO and business leaders to align priorities
Expert level knowledge in on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based platforms
Project Management skills (Facilitation / Planning)
10–15+ years in IT infrastructure/network engineering
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or distributed operations
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformations (cloud, ERP, network)
Enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN)
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Data center and hybrid infrastructure
Backup & disaster recovery strategies
Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS)
Monitoring and observability tools
Data-driven decision making using operational metrics
Key Performance Metrics (What Success Looks Like)
- Cloud cost optimization vs. Successful delivery of strategic initiatives (ERP, M&A, network upgrades)
