Licensed Practical Nurse (Education)

Outreach Development Corporation in Roosevelt, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position. You will perform various aspects of client medical care under RN supervision, administer medications, conduct assessments, and coordinate health services for clients in treatment.
The role requires NYS LPN license, experience in opioid treatment or substance use programs preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and familiarity with AVATAR EHR.
