Cleaning and Maintenance - Housekeeping - Custodian

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Custodian workers for a manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting production and maintenance teams as needed. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team environment, this job could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a Custodian:

Sweep and clean floors throughout designated areas of the facility
Replenish supplies and assist with general housekeeping duties
Support production and material handling teams by assisting with cardboard bailing and pallet movement
Perform exterior building cleaning tasks, including grounds maintenance and trash removal
Assist maintenance and safety teams with equipment cleaning and spill cleanup as directed
What You Need to Bring to the Custodian:

High school diploma or GED required
Entry-level opportunity; Ability to complete and pass Tugger training
Ability to stand and work on cement floors for up to 10-hour shifts
