Draft, proof, and manage legal documents, correspondence, filings, and billing entries with high accuracy
Provide full-cycle civil litigation support including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep
Conduct legal and factual research
Draft discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
Maintain client systems and ensure compliance with procedures
8+ years of civil litigation experience (4 or more years of labor & employment)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules, discovery, and litigation processes
