Advanced Licensed Practical Nurse, Ambulatory Care

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical practices in Newton, Kansas.

Our integrated team of Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental professionals works together to improve the health and well-being of our patients.

Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, time-off requests, and staff management.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Evaluate and improve workflows to increase productivity and quality outcomes.
Identify care gaps and ensure quality metrics are achieved.
Current unrestricted nursing license in the State of Kansas (RN or LPN).
Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience in community health, primary care, or a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Knowledge of public health and quality improvement initiatives.
