Buyer (Full-Time) - Purchasing - Remote

Supporting day-to-day purchasing activities, the full-time Purchasing Coordinator will process purchase requests, maintain accurate records, and communicate with vendors and internal departments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor requests while maintaining accurate purchasing records

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries and follow up on outstanding items

Support invoice, vendor, and purchasing inquiries while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Required qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent); coursework or experience in business is an asset

Experience in purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support in an office environment

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and spreadsheet maintenance

Professional, collaborative, and dependable, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and timely manner
