Public Health Epidemiologist I
Massachusetts Hospital Association
This role involves analyzing and tracking biothreat events relevant to national defense, integrating data from human, animal, plant, food, water, and environmental sources.
Responsibilities include providing epidemiologic surveillance analysis to identify emerging health threats, developing public health solutions, and producing concise reports for DoD and interagency partners.
The position requires proficiency in epidemiologic software such as SAS and R, strong communication skills, and the ability to serve as a liaison with various military and government entities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, Public Health, or related fields, with a Master's preferred.
Desired experience encompasses working within a DoD environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
