Associate Veterinarian
Position: Associate Veterinarian - Fort Wayne (Northside), IN.

Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 base salary plus production bonus.

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our dynamic team in Fort Wayne, offering a supportive environment and ample opportunities for professional growth.

About the Hospital

Supportive, team‑oriented environment - collaborating to provide exceptional care.

Structured mentorship and growth opportunities for new graduates and experienced DVMs; ability to mentor recent graduates in canine and feline medicine.

State‑of‑the‑art facilities including advanced imaging (CT, ultrasound, digital radiography), internal medicine, soft tissue & orthopedic surgery, and dental services.

Package and Benefits

Competitive compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 base salary plus production bonuses.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Graduate of a Veterinary Medicine program (DVM or equivalent).

Successfully completed the National Association of Veterinary Licensure Examiners (NAVLE) exam.

Possess or be able to obtain a relevant state veterinary license.
