Service Concierge Customer Support Position

Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience.What You'll Do:Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmthAnswer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messagesProvide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiriesAssist with move-in preparations and marketing materialsMaintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro areaSupport recruitment efforts and administrative data entryManage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rostersMonitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency proceduresProcess meal tickets and assist with basic office tasksYou serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise's hospitality and service standards.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GEDStrong customer service and communication skillsOrganized with excellent time management and follow-throughComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityPay Range: 14.75 - 18.50Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
