BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Boyertown, PA. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities - helping them reach their full potential.

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support a male client in Boyertown, PA through various shifts:

Weekends and weekdays available

Overnights available (AON, 10-hr shifts)

Must be experienced with behaviors

Shifts also available part-time in Pottstown, Royersford, Schwenksville, and more throughout Montgomery County!

How You'll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Accompany clients on errands and appointments

Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities

Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00 + / hour with a weekly pay schedule

Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

One or more years of experience working withintellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)

High school diploma or equivalent (18+)

Ability to transport clients to community outings if working dayshift
