Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit setting
Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level acute care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
Document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 18 months of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or Step-Down unit
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) environment
Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in an intermediate care setting
