Bluegrass Beverages is a family owned and operated business in Hendersonville. The primary responsibility of the sales associate is assisting customers transact their sale. The role also includes associated responsibilities, such as assisting the team in keeping the shelves stocked. Engaging with a customer from start to finish to provide top notch customer service in guiding the customer through our wide wine, spirits, & beer selection through cashing out.
Assist customers in their retail experience .
Maintain retail floor and keep shelves merchandised.
Stock as needed.
Guide customers to items of want.
Maintain speed of service throughout the shift.
Maintain proper cash handling.
Assist in back of house duties when needed (Stocking and moving product).
Help customers as needed and have a positive customer interface.
Cash customers out with purchases through register.
Nights and weekends only.
Must have holiday availability.
High mobility and endurance throughout shift.
Retail and/or food & beverages experience is a plus.
