Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSAP) to join our Community Support Team, providing clinical support, crisis intervention, and evidence-based services to adults with behavioral health needs.

This role supports adults who meet medical necessity criteria for CST services and requires strong clinical judgment, knowledge of adult mental health, and the ability to engage in supportive counseling and crisis management. The LSAP participates in case consultations, training events, and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care.

Attend meetings on behalf of the person-served and coordinate with providers

Support individuals in building confidence, stability, and functional skills

Engage adults in a respectful partnership that promotes empowerment and recovery

Four-year degree in a human services field and two (2) years of experience with the mental health population

Non-human services degree with four (4) years of mental health experience

At least one (1) year of experience must be with adults. Qualified applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree to apply.
