The purpose of an Underground Telecom Laborer at Team Fishel is to assist Crew in completing the project safely, on-time and within the customer's specifications for quality, and other work as needed.

Underground Telecom Laborers will handle projects of various complexities and perform physical site work assisting with our new business projects within our Telecom Construction division. It's a great opportunity to be part of the team continuing to establish Team Fishel as the leader in the utility construction industry in the state of Indiana as we continue to grow.

Work as a part of a crew
Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
Operate construction equipment
Assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduits, manual labor and shovel work, operate power tools
Valid Class A CDL Drivers is preferred
Previous underground utility experience is a plus
Must be able to travel
Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
