The Staff Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services to individuals with functional limitations, injuries, or disabilities. The Staff Occupational Therapist upholds Arete Health's standards of clinical excellence, patient experience, and professional integrity.

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional abilities, deficits, and patient goals.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, manual therapy, modalities, ADL retraining, cognitive/perceptual training, and functional work-related tasks.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and in compliance with regulatory and payer standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Focus on the treatment of acute and post surgical hand and upper extremity conditions

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills in outpatient occupational therapy.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment, adaptive devices, and standard therapeutic techniques.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and manual therapy activities
