Overview
As a PICU RN, you will provide specialized care for critically ill children. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing situations. Expect to work 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week, with a patient ratio of 1:2.
