COTA - Occupational Therapy

We partner with schools to provide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) serving a school located in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

• Job duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed hours, including documentation, administrative, and planning time
• On-site, in-person
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program

Active New Hampshire COTA license through the NH Regulation & Licensing Department

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Experience working with children

Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and ability to identify and analyze areas of developmental and sensory-motor dysfunction

Fingerprint background clearance

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
