Our client, a full-service acute care hospital in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical - Telemetry unit. This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level. The RN supervises staff to whom care is delegated and supports the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available based on eligibility.
Coordinates patient care for assigned patients utilizing a multidisciplinary approach
Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and modifies as condition/needs change
Delivers designated nursing interventions consistent with the stated medical plan of care
Documents nursing care accurately and completely in all assigned patient records
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active RN license/permit for the applicable state
Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
