Insurance Agency Sales Professional

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Training salary: $1,000 professional start bonus

• Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000-$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)

Licenses: Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)

~ Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
• Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred

Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
