Job Description Title: Retail Sales Associate – Commission + Incentives (Furniture Showroom)
Schedule: Full-time | Includes weekends | Paid training provided

Greet customers and help them select furniture that fits their space and style
Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and warranties
Input orders and coordinate deliveries using our point-of-sale system
Stay current on showroom displays and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
Deliver a great customer experience — and get rewarded for your success

High School Diploma or GED
Strong people skills — enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable using a computer and moving light furniture for demos
Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus

120/day guaranteed minimum pay during training
