Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant 7am to 3pm
Parklands Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our 7am to 3pm shift team in Gainesville, Florida. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care
Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service
1,000 Sign-On Bonus – paid out quarterly to eligible new hires
- Weekly pay with shift differentials and opportunities for overtime

1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
