Home Caregiver (Personal Care/Companion)

Home Care Agency is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and a heart for caregiving, we want to hear from you!

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being

Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care

Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
